I’ve been making up crazy stories since an early age and there’s no better place to bring them to life than the stage. Here are some of the ones that turned into plays and musicals. I also love the backstage world of lighting, sound and the creation of scenery that becomes the world where the action takes place. Pictures from some of the many shows I’ve designed and built for are also here. I think it will take a long time to get them all on the site so stop back for more fun shots. A camera has been in my hand ever since the first big family trip out West when I was 11. The first music video was made in High School to a live version of “Turn It On Again” by Genesis. Not only was that a blast, but we got to get out of class and got to film at the beach! The process of combining ideas visually with music is still a thrill for me. The budget is always low or non-existent and most videos would never happen at all without the help of friends and family. But here they are in all their goofy glory….

While visiting Russia in 1995, I found a basement bar and it just so happened that the Beatles were on stage playing, Ed Sullivan show era, though they sang in Russian. That’s where I met Natasha… and if you can speak Russian, the last line is for you.

Lyrics:
